Wipe the ignition wires with a clean, damp cloth prior to inspection. Without removing ignition wires from the spark plugs (12405) or ignition coil (12029) , inspect ignition wires for visible damage such as cuts, pinches, cracks or torn boots. Replace damaged ignition wires as necessary. Refer to Ignition Wires, Removal and Installation as outlined.
