DESCRIPTION AND OPERATION
Turn Signal and Hazard Lamps
The turn signal system consists of:
- The electronic indicator flasher (13350)

- The turn signal and windshield wiper switch (13K359)
.
- The turn signal miniature bulbs (13465)
.
- Circuit wiring and circuit protection.
Power is supplied to the electronic indicator flasher
through instrument panel fuse 1 and Circuit 298 (P/O).
This fuse is hot in RUN. The electronic indicator flasher
is connected to the turn signal switch of the turn signal and windshield wiper switch
through Circuit 44 (LB). Ground is provided to the
electronic indicator flasher
and the turn signal miniature bulbs
through Circuit 57 (BK).
- With the turn signal and windshield wiper switch
in the RH position, power is supplied to the RH front
turn signal miniature bulbs
and the RH turn indicator in the instrument cluster (10849)
through Circuit 2 (W/LB) and to the RH rear turn signal miniature bulb
through Circuit 9 (LG/O).
- With the turn signal and windshield wiper switch
in the LH position, power is supplied to the LH front
turn signal miniature bulbs
and the LH turn indicator in the instrument cluster
through Circuit 3 (LG/W) and to the LH rear turn signal miniature bulb
through Circuit 5 (O/LB).
