REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

Heater Water Hoses

 

Removal

  1. Partially drain cooling system.
  1. Disconnect heater water hoses (18472) .
 

Installation

  1. Apply ESE-M99B144-A or ESA-M99C45 or ESB-M97B18-C lubricant or equivalent to the inside of the heater water hoses .
  1. Install new heater water hoses and clamps.
  1. Tighten new clamps to 1.8-2.5 Nm (16-22 lb-in).
