Spring Scale
T74P-3504-Y
Disconnect front wheel spindle connecting rod (3280)
, front wheel knuckle (3K185)
(LH) and front wheel knuckle
(RH) using tie rod end remover TOOL-3290-D or
equivalent.
Hook spring scale T74P-3504-Y over front wheel spindle connecting rod
and measure force required to move front wheel spindle connecting rod
.
If force required to move front wheel spindle connecting rod
is not between 8.9-45 Nm (2-10 lb-ft),
replace front wheel spindle connecting rod
.
