ADJUSTMENTS

Actuator Cable

NOTE: The speed control actuator (9A825) should be adjusted as tight as possible without opening the throttle plate or increasing the idle speed.

  1. Remove speed control cable retaining clip.
  1. Push accelerator cable (9A758) through adjuster until a slight tension is felt.
  1. Insert the cable retaining clip and snap into place.
