REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

Fuel Tank Filler Pipe

 

Removal and Installation

  1. Remove fuel tank filler cap (9030) , tether and two fuel tank filler pipe retaining screws inside filler door.
  1. Raise vehicle. Refer to Section 00-02.
  1. Drain fuel from fuel tank (9002) as outlined.
  1. Remove hose clamps and hoses from fuel tank filler pipe (9034) .
  1. Remove fuel tank filler pipe , gaskets and fuel tank filler pipe retainer (9B233).
  1. To install, reverse Removal procedure.
