Extension Housing

NOTE: The extension housing rear extension housing bushing (7A034) cannot be serviced. If service is required, the extension housing (7A039) must be replaced as a unit.

Inspect the extension housing for cracks. Ensure that the machined mating surfaces are free from burrs, nicks or any other damage. If necessary, replace the input shaft and extension housing seal (7052) after the extension housing has been installed onto the transmission.
