NOTE: The 3.8L engine uses four heated oxygen sensors (HO2S) (9F472) for the EEC-V engine control system. One heated oxygen sensor is located in each exhaust manifold (9430) , and two heated oxygen sensors are located in the dual converter and pipe. On 5.0L engines two heated oxygen sensors are located in the dual converter and pipe only.

Removal and Installation
NOTE: If excessive force is needed to remove heated oxygen sensor , lubricate with penetrating oil prior to removal.
