Camshaft

The camshaft (6250) is:

• Installed in the cylinder block (6010) supported on five babbit-lined camshaft bearings (6261) .

A thrust loads and end play, however, are limited by a camshaft thrust plate (6269) installed at the front of the camshaft .

Immediately in front of the camshaft thrust plate is the camshaft sprocket (6256) .
