REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

Console Panel, Floor

 

Removal and Installation

  1. Disconnect battery ground cable (14301) .
  1. Remove console finish panel (04567) by carefully prying up from retaining clips. Disconnect electrical connectors.
  1. Remove console from arm rest.
  1. Remove six mounting screws (four at front of console panel (045A36) under instrument panel (04320) and two under console glove compartment).
  1. Move parking brake control (2780) to upright position.
  1. Move console panel up and back and disconnect console panel wiring harness connectors.
  1. To install, reverse Removal procedure. If console panel is being replaced, transfer switches, cigar lighter and wiring harness to new console panel .
