REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

Seat, Driver or Passenger

 

Removal and Installation

 CAUTION: Use care when handling seat and track assembly. Dropping assembly or sitting on seat not secured in vehicle may result in damaged components.

  1. If equipped with power seats, disconnect battery ground cable (14301) .
  1. Remove push pins and front seat track to floor insulator covering seat retaining nuts and bolts.
  1. Remove two bolts and two nuts retaining seat to floor, disconnect electrical connectors and remove seat.
  1. To install, reverse Removal procedure. Tighten retaining nuts and screws to 34-46 Nm (25-34 lb-ft).
