DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING

Inspection and Verification

  1. Verify the vehicle owner's original concern by operating the headlamp switch (11654) in the PARK position with the headlamp switch knob and shaft (11661) rotated fully counterclockwise without turning on dome lamps to duplicate the condition.
  1. Inspect to determine if any of the following electrical concerns apply:

    Electrical
    • Fuse.
    • Circuit Wiring.
    • Headlamp switch.

  1. If the concern(s) remain after the inspection, determine the symptoms and proceed to the following Symptom Chart.
