Removal

NOTE: Avoid touching the clutch disc face, dropping parts or contaminating parts with oil or grease.

1. Remove transmission. Refer to Section 07-03.

2. Remove bolts retaining clutch pressure plate (7563) to flywheel (6375) and remove clutch pressure plate .

3. Remove clutch disc (7550) .

4. Remove flywheel retaining bolts and remove flywheel .

Installation

NOTE: The clutch disc must be assembled so that the FW SIDE or FLYWHEEL SIDE stamped notation is facing toward the engine. The three flywheel housing to block dowels (6397) and the flywheel must be properly aligned with the clutch pressure plate . Bent, damaged or missing flywheel housing to block dowels must be replaced.

To install, reverse Removal procedures.
