Disassembly

Front Pump Seal Replacer T63L-77837-A
Seal Protector T80L-77005-A

  1. Remove the No. 1 thrust washer (7D014).



  1. Using a 10mm socket, remove five front pump support bolts. Separate front pump support (7A108) and pump assembly.



    NOTE: The reverse clutch rings are larger than the forward clutch rings.

  1. Remove two each of reverse clutch cylinder seals (7D020) and forward clutch seals.



  1. Remove inner and outer pump gears from pump body.



  1. Remove spring retainer assembly by carefully dislodging the tabs.



  1. Remove intermediate clutch piston (7E005) and intermediate clutch piston inner seal (7F225) and intermediate clutch piston outer seal (7F224).



  1. Remove front oil pump seal (7A248) and discard.
