Brake Pressure Control Valve

Removal

1. Disconnect all brake tubes from the brake pressure control valve (2B091) assembly.

2. Remove nut that retains the brake pressure control valve on the frame. Remove the brake pressure control valve from the vehicle.

   The brake pressure control valve assembly is serviced as an assembly only.

Installation

1. Position the brake pressure control valve assembly on the frame. Install nut. Tighten to 10-15 Nm (7-11 lb-ft).

2. Connect all brake tubes to the brake pressure control valve assembly. Tighten the tube nut to 14-24 Nm (10-18 lb-ft).

3. Bleed the brake system as outlined.
