Removal

1. Remove the three screws that attach the rear wheel disc brake shield (2C028) to the rear disc brake adapter.

2. Remove the rear wheel disc brake shield .

Installation

1. If the rear wheel disc brake shield is bent, straighten it before installation.

   NOTE: RH and LH rear wheel disc brake shields are interchangeable.

2. Position the rear wheel disc brake shield to the rear disc brake adapter. Install mounting screws, and tighten them to 8-13 Nm (6-10 lb-ft). Note that the tabs on the rear wheel disc brake shield should not interfere with the rear wheel disc brake adapter and rear wheel disc brake shield mounting flange.
