REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

Rotor Shield

 

Removal

  1. Remove the front disc brake caliper (2B121) and front disc brake rotor (1125) assembly as outlined. It is not necessary to disconnect hydraulic connections.
  1. Remove the three rivets retaining the front disc brake rotor shield (2K005) to the front wheel spindle (3105) and remove the front disc brake rotor shield .
 

Installation

  1. Position the front disc brake rotor shield on the front wheel spindle . Install the retaining rivets. Do not attempt to bend or adjust the front disc brake rotor shield .
  1. Install front disc brake rotor assembly and front disc brake caliper as outlined.
