Secondary Air Injection Diverter (AIRD) Valve

Removal and Installation

1. Disconnect manifold vacuum control tube (9G469) from secondary air injection diverter valve.

2. Loosen hose clamps at intake and both exhaust ports of secondary air injection diverter valve and remove hoses.

3. Remove secondary air injection diverter valve from vehicle.

4. To install, reverse Removal procedure. Tighten hose clamps to 1.4-2.3 Nm (12-20 lb-in).
