Remove air cleaner outlet tube (9B659). Refer to Section 03-12.
Disconnect manifold vacuum control tube (9G469) from secondary air injection bypass valve (9B289).
Loosen hose clamps at intake and exhaust parts of secondary air injection bypass valve.
Remove secondary air injection control valve hose (9G424) and secondary air injection pump outlet hose (9F287)
from secondary air injection bypass valve and remove secondary air injection bypass valve.
To install, reverse Removal procedures. Tighten hose clamps to 1.4-2.3 Nm
(12-20 lb-in).
