EGR Pressure Valve Sensor

 

3.8L SFI Engine

Removal and Installation

  1. Remove transducer mounting bracket retainer nut or nuts (depending on application). Remove EGR pressure valve sensor (9J460) and mounting bracket from upper intake manifold (9424) and throttle body (9E926) .
  1. Disconnect EGR pressure valve sensor to EGR valve hose or hoses (depending on application) and remove EGR pressure valve sensor from mounting bracket.
  1. To install, reverse Removal procedure. Tighten retainer nut or nuts (depending on application) to 8-12 Nm (71-106 lb-in).
