REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

Cooling Fan Motor, Fan Blade and Fan Shroud Assembly, Electrical

 
 

Removal and Installation

  1. Disconnect battery ground cable (14301) .
  1. Disconnect headlamp dash panel junction wire (14290) from cooling fan motor.
  1. Remove fan shroud retaining bolts and remove cooling fan motor, fan blade and fan shroud as an assembly from vehicle.
  1. To install, reverse Removal procedure. Tighten fan shroud retaining bolts to 8.0-10.5 Nm (71-92 lb-in).
