Constant Control Relay Module

 

Removal and Installation

  1. Remove radiator upper sight shield (8C291) .
  1. Disconnect headlamp dash panel junction wire (14290) from constant control relay module.
  1. Remove radiator coolant recovery reservoir retainer bolt.
  1. Remove constant control relay module bracket retainers and bracket from radiator support (16138) .
  1. Remove constant control relay module retaining screws and remove constant control relay module from bracket.
  1. To install, reverse Removal procedure. Tighten constant control relay module retaining screws securely. Tighten constant control relay module bracket retainer bolts to 7.6-10.4 Nm (67-92 lb-in). Tighten radiator coolant recovery reservoir retainer bolt to 4.5-6.3 Nm (40-56 lb-in).
