Removal and Installation

1. Support the front door (20124) using Rotunda Door Rack 103-00027 or equivalent.

2. Mark the location of the hinge on the front door and on the body.

3. Remove the hinge-to-body retaining screws.

4. Remove the hinge-to-door retaining screws and remove the hinge.

5. To install, reverse Removal procedure. Align front door as outlined. Tighten hinge retaining screws to 25-35 Nm (16-26 lb-ft).
