Open the hood (16612)
and cover the front fenders (16005)
and cowl top extension (021A36)
.
Prop the hood
in the open position and remove two hinge-to-hood
retaining nuts.
Remove the hinge-to-cowl retaining screws and remove the hood hinge (16796)
.
Installation
Position the hood hinge
to cowl top extension
and install retaining screws snug.
Position the hood hinge to the hood and install the two retaining screws. Tighten screws to 10.2-13.8 Nm
(8-10 lb-ft). Tighten nuts to 19-26 Nm
(14-19 lb-ft).
