Floor-Defrost Door

Removal and Installation

1. Remove evaporator case as outlined.

2. Remove two floor duct retaining screws and remove floor duct.

3. Remove two nuts which attach vacuum motor to case.

4. Remove spring nut retaining door crank to door shaft. Remove door crank arm.

5. Disengage three locking tabs on door from shaft and lift door through opening in case.

6. To install, reverse Removal procedure.
