Blower Motor and Wheel

Removal

1. Remove air inlet duct and blower housing assembly as outlined.

2. Disconnect cooling tube from blower motor.

3. Remove four screws attaching blower assembly to blower motor housing.

4. Pull blower motor and wheel out of housing.

5. Remove metal pushnut from blower motor and wheel assembly and remove wheel.

Installation

1. Install gasket material, jumper wire harness, wheel assembly and metal pushnut onto a new blower motor.

2. Position blower motor assembly into blower motor housing.

3. Install four screws attaching blower motor assembly to blower motor housing.

4. Connect blower motor cooling tube to blower motor assembly.

5. Install air inlet duct and blower housing assembly.
