To Raise Top

1. Rotate the sun visors downward.

2. Remove the dust cover (boot) and stow in protective case in the luggage compartment.

3. Actuate the folding top control switch located on the instrument panel immediately before the No. 1 bow dowel pins enter their respective striker plates.

4. Release the control switch and open header clamps. Then, continue to raise the top until No. 1 bow rests properly on windshield header.

   NOTE: Under certain conditions it may be necessary to grasp the side rail directly above the door glass and pull down while clamping No. 1 bow at the header.

5. Close both header clamps making certain that J-hooks are fully engaged with their respective catches.
