Remove the seat and track assembly. Refer to Section 01-10A. Place the seat
on a clean surface.
Remove the seat back trim cover and pad assembly from the seat back frame
as outlined.
Using a screwdriver or similar tool, bend the lumbar support pad retaining
tabs inward. Remove the pad from the seat back frame.
Installation
Position the lumbar support pad to the seat back frame, and install the
retaining tabs over the retaining wires.
Install the seat back pad and trim cover as outlined.
Install the seat cushion and connect the lumbar support pad inflating tube.
Tighten the inboard pivot screw to 19-27 Nm (15-19 lb-ft).
Tighten the two outboard retaining screws to 44-60 Nm (33-44
lb-ft).
Install the seat and track assembly. Refer to Section 01-10A.
Check the seat tracks and safety belts for proper operation.
