Seat, Articulated Sport

  • Motor/Pump Inoperative
  • Fuse burned out.
  • Replace fuse. If fuse blows again, check for short circuit.
 
  • Loose electrical connectors.
  • Secure connections at motro/pump and switch.
 
  • Worn or damaged switch.
  • Replace switch.
 
  • Worn or damaged motor.
  • Replace motor.
  • Air Will Not Fill Lumbar Support Bag
  • Loose air line connections.
  • Secure all connections as necessary.
 
  • Cuts in air hose or tubes.
  • Service or replace as necessary.
 
  • Kinked air hose or tubes.
  • Route hoses or tubes as necessary.
 
  • Worn or damaged switch.
  • Replace switch.
 
  • Worn or damaged lumbar support bag
  • Replace lumbar support bag.
 
  • Worn or damaged pump.
  • Replace pump.
  • Air Fills Lumbar Bag But Will Not Hold Air Pressure For Extended Length of Time

     CAUTION: The longer nipple on the switch (located at the center of the switch body) should always be connected to the hose leading to the lumbar support. The shorter nipple on the switch body connects to the air pump outlet. If this order is reversed, the lumbar bag will not hold air pressure.

  • Improper tube/hose connections.
  • Properly connect all hoses.
 
  • Worn or damaged switch (leaking).
  • Replace switch.
 
  • Worn or damaged lumbar support bag (leaking).
  • Replace lumbar support bag.
