Fuses and Circuit Breakers

To check or replace a fuse or circuit breaker:

NOTE: If the fuse or circuit breaker is located on the fuse panel, remove the fuse panel cover.

1. With the fuse panel exposed, locate the blown fuse or malfunctioning circuit breaker and remove it by pulling it out of its cavity (no special tools required).

2. Replace the blown fuse or circuit breaker with the same approved amp rating for that particular circuit. To install the new fuse or circuit breaker, push straight in until the fuse or circuit breaker seats itself fully in the cavity.
