REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

Floor-Defrost Door

 

Removal and Installation

  1. Remove heater case as outlined.
  1. Remove two floor duct retaining screws. Remove floor duct.
  1. Remove two nuts which attach vacuum motor to case.
  1. Remove spring nut retaining door crank arm to door shaft. Remove door crank arm.
  1. Disengage three locking tabs on door from shaft and lift door through opening in case.
  1. To install floor-defrost door shaft and door, reverse Removal procedure.
