Remove floor console assembly. Refer to Floor Console, Assembly.
Remove instrument panel and lay it back against front seat.
Remove one screw attaching defroster nozzle to plenum.
Remove three screws attaching defroster nozzle to the top of instrument
panel. Disconnect demister hose from each end of defroster nozzle and remove
defroster nozzle.
To remove side window demisters, remove speaker grille from each end of
instrument panel by removing one screw and snapping out. Remove two screws from
each demister nozzle and remove them from instrument panel.
To remove RH or LH register ducts, remove one screw attaching duct to
plenum.

Remove one screw attaching each duct to instrument panel and remove
register ducts.
To remove plenum, remove RH and LH register ducts. Remove one screw from
each side of plenum and remove plenum from instrument panel.
Installation
Position plenum on instrument panel. Install one screw in each side of
plenum to secure it in place.
Install RH and LH register ducts securing each duct in place with two
screws (one into instrument panel and one into plenum).
Install each side window demister with two screws from front face of
instrument panel. Snap speaker grilles into place and install one screw in each.
Position defroster on instrument panel and plenum. Install three screws to
secure defroster nozzle to instrument panel.
Install one screw to attach defroster nozzle to plenum.
