Register Louver Assembly

Retaining pins located on the inside surface of either side of the register housing lock the louver assembly into the register housing in the instrument panel. The retaining pins allow the louver assembly to swivel, controlling the upward and downward air distribution. The louvers direct the air from side-to-side. A thumb wheel located adjacent to the louver assembly controls an air outlet shutoff door installed in the register housing.
