Secondary Throttle Lever

Removal

1. Disconnect accelerator cable.

2. Disconnect and remove rod connecting the primary and secondary lever assemblies.

3. Remove E-ring, steel and plastic washers, noting the location of each for reassembly.

4. Remove secondary lever assembly.

Installation

1. Install secondary lever assembly on the hub, with the spring hooked to the boss on the throttle body.

2. Install plastic washer, steel washer and the E-ring.

3. Connect rod from the primary to the secondary levers.

4. Connect accelerator cable.
