Removal and Installation

Use the Cam Sprocket Holding/Removing Tool T74P-6256-B to pull the cam drive sprocket. Use this tool in exactly the same manner to remove the auxiliary shaft sprocket.

Use Cam Sprocket Holding/Removal Tool T74P-6256-B with the threaded puller insert removed to hold the cam sprocket while the retaining bolt is installed and tightened. This is also typical of the auxiliary shaft sprocket installation.

Use Crankshaft Sprocket Remover T74P-6306-A to pull the crankshaft drive sprocket off the crankshaft.

No special tool is required for installing the crankshaft sprocket onto the crankshaft.
