CAUTION: Do not oil threads that require oil resistant or water resistant sealer.

When installing nuts or bolts, oil the threads with light-weight engine oil.

Removal and installation of the rocker arm cover and gasket is shown in the illustration.

NOTE: To service the valve rocker arm cover, the throttle body and exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) supply tube must be removed.
