Insert a thin-bladed screwdriver between end of louver assembly and
register housing. Rotate blade and carefully pry louver assembly until
retaining hole in louver assembly clears the pivot pin in register housing.
Grasp louver assembly horizontal bars. Pull and remove assembly from
register housing opening.
Installation
Partially assemble louver assembly into register opening. Ensure that round
hole in louver assembly is positioned to round pin in register housing.
Push ends of louver assembly in until hole and pivot pins engage. Use blade
of screwdriver as a wedge on one end of louver assembly to assist assembly if
necessary.
