Brake Control Valve Assembly

Removal

1. Disconnect all brake tubes from the brake control valve assembly.

2. Remove nut that retains the valve on the fender apron. Remove the assembly from the vehicle.

   The brake control valve assembly is serviced as an assembly only.

Installation

1. Position the brake control valve assembly at the fender apron holes. Install nut for fender apron mounting. Tighten to 10-15 Nm (7-11 lb-ft).

2. Connect all brake tubes to the control valve assembly. Tighten the tube nut to 14-24 Nm (10-18 lb-ft).

3. Bleed the brake system as outlined.
