Remove wheelcover from wheel using tapered end of wheel nut wrench by
inserting and twisting handle and prying against inner wheelcover flange.
To install, position wheelcover on wheel with valve stem extension in wheel
matching hole in wheelcover. Hit outside edges of wheelcover with the palm of
your hand or a rubber mallet until wheelcover is snapped firmly in place on
wheel.
